There's no more download manager for the Sims 3. You can't add your extra add-ons from the store or online. When I install a fresh copy of the Sims 3, it will install and run. But when I add a game pack, it says it needs to update and can't load or find EA Download Manager.
So I'm stuck with just the Sims 3 Standard. Or Basic. If my add-ons for the Sims 3 won't work how can I be sure if I buy Sims 4 that they will work? And will this happen to the Sims 4 if Sims 5 comes out? It's getting to where I can't play the game anymore.
